She was born in 1939, Chief Physician of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She studied with Professor Wang Dajing, the national famous doctor, and has served as Director of the Department of Rheumatology of Beijing Hospital of TCM, and the leading of this discipline. Member of Council of Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine, Chairman of Committee of Rheumatology Association, Member of Rheumatism Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine, and Member of Rheumatic Diseases Committee of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, Instructor of the third, fourth and fifth batches of instructor of inheritance work of academic experience of national TCM experts.

Since 1964, she has been engaged in the clinical work of TCM, and studied with Wang Dajing, a successful student of Professor Shi Jinmo, a famous master of TCM. She has developed the academic experience of Professor Wang Dajing on the basis of inheritance and innovation. She have a deeper understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatism, has her own treatment style, and her method has significant clinical effect. She is good at treating rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, Sjogren's syndrome, osteoarthritis, scleroderma and many other rheumatic diseases. She also has some experiences in treating neurological diseases, including progressive muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis.

She has made great contributions to the establishment and development of the Department of Rheumatology in our hospital in the 1990s, as well as personnel training. She is one of the founders of the early academic activities of the TCM Rheumatology in Beijing.
