Wang Jialin (1925-2014) was the Chief Physician of Department of Proctology, Supervisor of master degree students, and Consultant to the First Inheritance Committee of Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine. He studied with famous doctors Zhao Xiwu, Chen Shenwu, and etc., and had been practicing medicine for more than 50 years. He was the first, second, third and fourth batches of state-level instructor on the inheritance of teachings from a master to his disciples, and he had built the "Wang Jialin Famous Chinese Medicine Experts Inheritance Studio".

Mr. Wang payed attention to the overall treatment of patients, forming a unique treatment system. He used external traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by dividing them into different stages and types according to the characteristics of anorectal diseases. He developed "Alum Glycerin Injection", the precursor of the widely used "Xiaozhiling Injection". He made an important contribution to promote the reform of the method of withered hemorrhoids, ligation and thread hanging in TCM.
