Specialist features: many kinds of refractory skin ulcers, such as ecthyma and decubitus ulcer, are caused by blood stasis such as varicose veins of lower extremity, long-term bed-lying skin compression, incision, accidental trauma, carbuncle, radiation injury and arterial insufficiency of lower extremity. They are common and frequently encountered diseases in traditional Chinese medicine surgery, and are often delayed due to the failure to cure or the failure to cure at the right time because of their repeated attacks and long-term unhealed, forming stubborn and refractory ulcer, which have seriously affected the quality of life of patients, brought great pain to patients' body and mind, and are the clinically refractory diseases.
We set up a special outpatient clinic for chronic skin ulcer, which is divided into three clinical syndrome types: excessive accumulation of toxin and heat, deficiency of qi and blood stasis and deficiency of spleen and kidney-yang, and point out that the loss of ying, Wei and Jing is the mechanism of the formation of chronic refractory ulcer, and the deficiency of kidney essence is one of the reasons for the non healing of refractory ulcer. According to the theory of local syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the treatment is mainly from three aspects: putrefaction does not take off - promote tissue regeneration, qi deficiency and blood stasis - supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, yang-insufficiency with cold congealing - restoring Yang to promote tissue regeneration. We have carried out the syndrome differentiation treatment by combing with individual characteristics of patients and different clinical manifestations, through the using of our unique internal and external preparations, at the same time, the combination of effective external treatment, such as TCM application, wet compressing of TCM, herb soaking, moxibustion and fumigation wash, vacuum suction and other treatment, making the therapeutic effect of TCM for this disease continuously improved.
