Department of Mammary Gland, Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Capital Medical University is one of the departments featuring integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The Department is well-equipped,such as 3.0T mammary gland nuclear magnetic resonance, mammary gland molybdenum target X-ray machine, ultrasound and other equipment. The Department of Mammary Gland performs following treatment: 1. breast-conserving surgery and axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer; 2. early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer; 3. localization of intraductal tumors by ductoscopy; 4. localization and resection of clinically non-palpable breast lesions (molybdenum palladium, guided by ultrasound); 5. surgical correction of nipple invagination; 6. minimally invasive rotary cutting surgery for breast tumors and breast nodules; 7. vacuum-assisted aspiration and minimally invasive drainage of breast abscess; 8. interventional treatment of mammary duct inflammation; 9. manipulative drainage and external application of traditional Chinese medicine for acute mastitis; 10. The surgical treatment also highlights the advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. With rapid recovery and small breast destruction, the number of our non-surgical treatment cases for plasma cell mastitis or granulomatous mastitis is leading the country. And the TCM wet-hot compress is effective in treating breast pain and benign breast nodules.
